Requirements

  • Greet customers and advise them throughout their visits by presenting the features and how to use our products.
  • Ensure the smooth running of operations, ensure proper functioning and the availability of tools, intervene in the event of an issue.
  • Manage the work schedules of employees and assign them tasks, supervise them and coordinate the activities of the sales staff.
  • Ensure the availability of merchandise, authorize returns and manage inventories.
  • Ensure the maintenance of visual criteria and the image of the store, such as displays, signage and cleanliness.
  • Resolve problems that may arise, for example those related to customer complaints and breakages of merchandise.
  • Ensure communication between the staff and the manager.

Tasks

Do you have the skills of a leader and your human relations skills allow you to positively manage a team? We need your expertise to offer our customers the best advice for their animals.

  • Good oral expression, able to manage a team.
  • Quality sought: Passion for animals, Sense of initiative, Team spirit, Helpfulness, good management of priorities, kind and diplomatic.
  • Diploma of Professional Studies in Sales Consulting (offered internally during working hours) or a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Business Management.
  • Have over two years of retail experience, ideally with animals.
  • Experience with the use of a cash register is an asset.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
